Allow 1-2 business days for processing the order and 2-7 business days for standard orders to arrive sent via Australia Post. All orders are sent via Australia Post’s Regular Service and take 2-7 business days to arrive after dispatch.
Due to the impacts of COVID-19, we are experiencing delays with postage. The handling time is under 48 hours however the delivery delays are outside of our control.
All orders will be sent to the preferred delivery address without signature required to receive unless communicated to the courier prior. Please note your item to may be placed at your front door if you are not home to receive it without a signature. It is important to note if it goes missing, we cannot be held accountable for covering the costs.
Sometimes we get too excited and place our orders in without double checking the delivery address. If this has happened to you please contact us as soon as possible. We aim to dispatch your purchases as quickly as possible. If the order is dispatched we won’t be able to change it.
